After obtaining a Ph.D. degree at Columbia University (New York, USA) in 2013, Milena Marjanović received Marie Skłodowska-Curie individual fellowship hosted at IPGP with the secondment within the industry sector (Shell, the Netherlands). Postdoctoral researcher at IPGP until 2020, she was recruited by the CNRS the following year. Milena is a Marine Geophysicist who has participated in six research cruises in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, with two new sea-going experiments scheduled in the next couple of years. Her research tackles past and present melt distribution along mid-ocean ridges and related phenomena such as crustal accretion, ridge segmentation, hydrothermal circulation, and dike intrusion. In parallel, she develops and applies advanced geophysical techniques to address the architecture and dynamics of magma reservoirs .
