Seeks candidates in any sub‐discipline of marine biology that can further expand and complement its existing program
Texas A&M University‐Corpus Christi is located on the Gulf of Mexico overlooking Corpus Christi Bay. Applicants are particularly encouraged from individuals whose research interests can take advantage of the many modern university facilities and resources, numerous research vessels and dive operations, and potential collaborations with our faculty in the biological and marine sciences. Our unique location provides many opportunities for marine‐related research such as the remote Laguna Madre Field Station, proximity to major avian migratory corridors, and the Padre Island National Seashore, which is home to the largest nesting population of Kemp’s Ridley sea turtles in the US.
