The Office is hosted by the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution for a three year term - 2007 to 2009 - and is led by Jian Lin (Chair) and Chris German (Co-Chair). Stace Beaulieu is the coordinator of the program for 2008 - 2009 (Rhian Waller served as coordinator and Kristen Kusek as education and outreach coordinator in 2007). The Office is supported by the contributions of the member countries: each principal member nation contributes $25,000 US per year, while the hosting country (USA) contributes twice this amount. Additionally, each associate member nation contributes $5,000 US per year.
